Projects
Project: Surface, Solid Modeling & Detailing of Rocker Arm Safety Cover
Brief: Project involved in the parametric surface, solid modelling and detailing of the automotive rocker arm safety cover. This is a die-casting component. The part was generated using Creo 2.0 as the CAD tool. The part was modelled carefully using advanced surfaces and wave geometry. The part was free form geometry checks to ensure that a error free STEP file can be generated for Die Casting creation.
Project: Top Down Approach and Reverse Engineering Brief: Project involved measuring the dimensions, plotting of sketches and creating an assembly using Skeleton Modeling. This was generated by Creo 2.0 as the CAD tool. Various modules like Sheet Metal and Surfacing were used in creating the assembly. Assembly drawings were documented with exploded view and individual part detailing
Software proficiency
Software known: AUTOCAD(Basics), Creo2.0 PTC Certified, OnShape Office suit :MS-Office(Diploma in Computers)
