Presently working in Shri Metaliks Ltd (SML), Barbil Odisha as an Engineer of its maintenance department of its sponge iron plant from Sep-2015 to till date.

About Company: SML entered the corporate domain in nineties with a production base for sponge iron at Barbil, the iron ore mining heartland in the state of Orissa-India. This company is approved by ISO 9001:2008.

Job profile: Installation, Alignment & Commissioning of equipment’s like rotary kiln & cooler, electro static precipitator (Thermax), forced cooler fan, bag filter, pneumatic System, gear boxes, crusher, vibrating screen, magnetic separator, conveyors, weigh feeder, blowers, pumps. Maintenance doing all the equipment time to time schedule.

I had worked as a Assistant Engineer in Vaswani Industries Ltd, Raipur Chhattisgarh. Its maintenance department of its sponge iron plant from May-2013 to Aug-2015.

About Company: Vaswani Group of Industries is one of the reputed groups of Chhattisgarh. It has induction Furness, 60000MT capacity Sponge Iron, 59400MT capacity Steel Billets, 8MW Power plant, Rolling mill, TMT bars, Forgings & Casting.

Job Profile: Maintenance of material handling system like belt conveyors, pneumatic conveyor system and wet scraper. Screens(linear and rotary motion),Crusher (roller, impact crushers), Compressor (twin lobe, screw compressors), Gear boxes, Rotary air lock feeder, pumps, magnet separators, mist cooling system. Maintenance in pollution system like bag filters, pneumatic conveying system for ESP, FD cooler and Bag filters. Proper housekeeping in bag filters and ESP.
