A fulfillment center where I work in the Returns Dept. This is a Data Entry position primarily. Accuracy and speed are equally important. We work with multiple clients and their products. Most of which we ship out from our location and also serve as the Return location. We must check each and every return to ensure that all information is accurately entered into the client’s system, that product is either okay to be returned to stock or thrown out. Some clients we are also responsible for ensuring that credit is issued back to the customer. As we are a third party, we have no interaction with the customers.
The company is very small, less than 50 employees. I had hoped to be able to expand with this company but, that is not happening. They are simply too small. I am ready to move on to bigger challenges and learning experiences.

Primary job was to confirm shipments from vendors direct to the stores. These were no touch orders, as in, they shipped direct to the stores and I entered the total items into our system thus allowing the stores to process on their end.
