I am a great team player. I work well with people over the phone and in person by exhibiting patience and understanding. I am excited about assisting people to fix their issues (computer or other). I have fixed a great many computer and software related issues amongst friends and family and have done quite well in my computer related classes. But all in all I just enjoy solving problems.
