Project Manager

As primary point of contact with Shell Brazil for the Engineering Frame Agreement (EFA), represented both Genesis and the client throughout multiple projects. Ensure successful delivery of requirements for all initiatives, including the MOBO intervention campaign, BC10 Phase III (load-out and sea-fastening of jumpers, fabrication of rigid jumpers, pre-commissioning of flow-lines, and PLET installation on multiple platforms), BC10 MOBO intervention, BC10 GE hydrate remediation, Bijupira and Salema redevelopment, and BC-10 Phase II. Key tasks included installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

Selected Achievements:

Prevented delays on the rig during the MOBO project by implementing best practices and procedures while promoting knowledge sharing between stakeholders.

Facilitated the hydrate remediation project by partnering with Genesis and Shell engineers, stakeholders, and suppliers to design and manufacture custom-made intervention tools on schedule.

Delivered all key project stages on time, on budget, and with a 0% accident rate against highly stringent standards and complex requirements.

Successfully integrated with the Shell client team to provide in-office support and represent the client during offshore installation.
