I have 10 years’ experience in the waste container industries in various capacities with FEL, Side load and Roll off containers as well as Roll off hoists and compactors. I have been fully trained as a Georgia state certified Corrections Officer. Startup Plant Manager for Wastequip SC FEL Plant in Blacksburg, SC. Responsible for the training of all Plant personnel.
Outstanding performance in Safety, during my tenure as Plant Manager the South Carolina Plant had 1 Recordable incident and no Lost Time injuries.

Plant Manager
Took over operation one month after production had started. Had team trained and up to production standards within 60 days of assuming position.
Responsible for the day to day operations and scheduling of all plant operations. Production, Paint and Finishing and shipping.
Redesigned FEL Production line for better ergonomics and Lean manufacturing gains. Recognized as best in class for Wastequip FEL Production.
Responsible for all safety training and all safety requirements of the facility.
Served on Corporate high level safety committee to help address safety concerns and policies.
