SUMMARY: 43 years in construction (34+ years with Fluor); presently Site Mgr on a Chevron WPWP project with Fluor in Bakersfield, CA…started Aug 2014. Completed phase I of an Oil Production project as Site Manager with Fluor for ExxonMobil in the Sakhalin islands at Chayvo; after completing 4 years of phase I of ExxonMobil’s Kearl Tar Sands project in Alberta, Canada.
