I have worked in the Washington County Tax Collectors office for 21 years. I am seeking employment because I recently ran for the elected official position and lost.

I would like to share some personal information on myself. I am married for 9 years to Frank Soares. We own a business called Central Spray Systems in Springdale Arkansas. I have two grown daughters and two grandchildren. I am a very happy energetic person.

I have excellent leadership skills and love working with numbers and people. I currently oversee all accounting for the entire Washington County Collectors office located in Fayetteville Arkansas with satellite offices in Springdale, Lincoln and Fayetteville. I am very good at what I do and I enjoy doing it. I am a very punctual and dedicated employee who believes going above and beyond when possible. I love working with others, problem solving and challenges. I have worked well with legislative auditors, judges, elected officials, business owners and tax payers. I have trained countless employees and I have implemented numerous policies that have been implemented into all 75 counties of Arkansas. I helped Benton County set up their current bookkeeping structure in the collector’s office that has been in play for over 10 years now. I also found ‘lost’ accounts so that they could be properly distributed to the taxing entities.
