Fitzpak Inc – Graham, NC
Took the lead in the moving of equipment from our NJ plant to our NC plant. Generated quotes and awarded the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and rigging of the equipment all under budget.
Manage all aspects of manufacturing at Fitzpak’s southern manufacturing plant which produces thin gauged plastic thermoformed parts.
Took average cycles from 19 – 20 seconds and are now running 8 – 12 seconds.
Reduced setup times from 14 – 16 hours to 8 hours and under by breaking down all steps to the setup and putting together a procedure on how and in what order the setup was to be done.
