Eleven year management leader who maintained multiple department budgets from creation to analysis ($54MM). These were Collections, Security, and Customer Services. Extensively looked at account lines with the intent of cost takeout. Responsibility included: Communicated company collection results (including KPI’s), competitive analysis between sites, staffing projections, audits, and LEAN process improvements. Quantified results for five different LEAN process improvement projects. Published numerous presentations to evaluate findings to Sr. Management and involved with a DFS Executive Board presentation. Managed teams of both exempt and non-exempt employees.

Two years IT Business Analyst, two years as an Area Manager, as well as ten years of Team Leader (Supervisor) experience in both Credit Analysis and Collections with up to 35 direct reports.

Prior positions include: Zulily – Knowledge System Supervisor in Zendesk, Liberty First Securities – Series 6, 7 & annuities sales, Aetna – Life, Health & annuities sales.
