PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

(1)FROM SEPT 2013 TO 7TH APRIL 2016:

I work at Ramada Limited as a FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICE. I use telephone / internet to make a reservation for a guest, cash handling and proving my box, enter into computer with respective folio, and give room key. I also provide excellent customer service.

I also have knowledge of computer Microsoft office like excel, word, powerpoint etc.etc. I also know the typing work at the speed of 50 wpm.

(2)FROM APRIL 1988 TO SEPT.2013 :

I am a commerce graduate of 1987/1988 from M.S.University of Baroda a word renowned University with accounts and audit as my major subjects.

Immediately after completion of my graduation, I joined with Quick Builders, Ankleshwar, as Accounts Officer and worked there till April 1990. During this short tenure, I gained knowledge and expertise over maintenance of accounts in Construction Company and independently handled finalisation of accounts with external auditors.

In May 1990, I joined M/s. Ray Consultants, a Partnership firm as in charges of Accounts and Administration. It is my family organisation.

In the year 1995, I was admitted as a partner Ray Consultants with 33 1/3% share. It was converted in to Private Limited Company under the name and style “RAY INFRASTRUCRTURES PVT. LTD. w.e.f. 20.04.1999, under chapter IX of the companies Act, 1956.

By virtue of the provision of the companies Act, I was whole time director in the said company in charges of Finance, Accounts and Administration.

I have worked in Ray Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. till April 2013. The firm is consulting civil engineers, having manpower strength of more than 60 persons. I am fully conversant with various accounting packages including one from Tally 7.2. This is very comprehensive accounting package and confirms with international accounting standard.

The Company handles a variety of works in the following disciplines.

Consulting Engineering Services in civil engineering and infrastructure development projects including feasibility studies, basic engineering, detail engineering and project management services.

The financial turnover of the company for the year 2012-13 is US $ 600000.

NATURE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

(i) Checking of weekly expenses voucher.

(ii) Preparation of purchase / sales books and posting to appropriate

ledgers under various heads.

(iii) Maintaining accounts of receipts, Bank Books and Cash Payments.

(iv) Preparation of Trial Balance Sheet.

(v) To draw profit and loss statement for the duration.

(vi) Assisting Auditors in auditing procedure.

(vii) Dealing with Bankers for banking transactions.

(viii) Preparation of Pay Roll Register and make salary payment.

(ix) Any additional work of different nature like follow-up, Co-ordination,

Office administrative works.
