Key Result Areas:

Developed project baselines, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to Schedule, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects

Monitored the Progress of Fabrication, Assembly & Erection of Crude Oil & Vacuum Column and managed the tasks of 300 workers per shift while associated with the Execution team.

Developing L3 & L4 schedules to break the work packages into the finest of details for hassle free execution Finalizing the Documents formats and Billing Procedure with the client Project Control Team.

Description: Contributed in the reduction of frequent breakdowns of the Shot Blasting Machine during operation.

Successfully altered the materiel on the top surface of the NRV and prevented the drop in air pressure which led to the frequent breakdowns
