Personal Statement: I am a friendly person who wishes to do their best in completing what is asked of her. While I have extensive experience in teaching, I am now ready to learn something different. -Davenport Community School District -31 years of teaching students;
-Preschool handicapped students with a variety of special needs-autism, blind, hearing impaired, mental disability, behavior disordered
-Kindergarten students, and second graders with their needs from school and home environments
Related Experience
-Vacation Church School-supervised, organized, delegated volunteers for working with students K-5
-Summer school for Davenport Schools- substituted, and supervised students in their summer settings
-Educational classes to increase knowledge for the classroom-visual phonics, behavior modification and management, etc.
Additional Work Experience
-Metro Lab-completing office work-filing-both by numbers and names for medical slides, and then organizing additional materials for their use in the office for one summer
-Palmer Chiropractic College-Collated and providing materials for homecoming activities for their alumni, gathered materials, tickets, nametags for successful homecoming activities for two summers
-First Presbyterian Church mission trip to Guatamala helping build a school, collecting school/medical supplies to take to communities there, and teaching lessons to students there in spite of language barriers for one week during the summer
