Self-established company founded in 1979 with the vision of providing outstanding expertise to diverse clientele including developers, civil engineers, homebuilders, individual land owners, HOAs, banks, major development companies, land surveying companies, underground utilities contractors, and architects on land development projects.

Construction Manager

Spearheading various roles as a project manager, inspector, development coordinator, compliance officer, estimator, and construction supervisor, while simultaneously working on multiple land development and road construction projects ranging in size from two hundred thousand dollars, to one hundred million dollars. Working closely with engineers, planners, contractors, surveyors, utility companies, as well as coordinating all permits and inspections by governmental agencies including final acceptance of public improvements by government agencies. Providing cost estimates, negotiating contracts and change orders, approving invoices for payment, and resolving problems as they occurred. Managed and inspected the widening and repaving of 9 miles of county highway in Divide county North Dakota. Most recently have been retained as a project manager/ field inspector for Santa Fe Engineering in Santa Fe NM. Supervised the construction of a 7+ million Dollar bridge over State Highway 599 and numerous county road improvement projects in Santa Fe County.
