Per the Subrogation Department, it was my responsibility to know and follow all protocol and procedures following a car accident. To document all payments covered by Progressive Insurance Company. I delivered recorded calls to insurance companies with intent to recover all paid/owed monies to Progressive Insurance Company or status of payment.
