Accounts Receivable Controller: Responsible in billing and collections. Monitoring the outstanding receivable monthly. Maintaining the AR subsidiary ledger.
General Accounting: Responsible in monitoring the general ledger book. Doing monthly Bank reconciliation and Cash Reconciliation. Monitoring the recurring entries such as depreciation expense, insurance expense, taxes and licenses and others. Doing income statement of other locations.
Other task or extra mile, BIR matters, Physical equipment count. Other daily sales audit.
Accounting Supervisor/OIC: Responsible in supervising staffs, checking their daily attendance, do the reports/letters when in need.
