Work full time on continuous improvement projects, tasks and kaizen implements supporting Fabrication, Assembly and material flow.

Aid the value stream in the continuous improvement of safety, delivery, productivity, lean, and cost reduction and 6S.

Communicating with other Team Leaders to drive improvements by developing, fabricating and coordinating changes that improve and drive key metrics.

Develop a Kaizen / RCI area that can also be used for kaizen events, projects and cart building.
