Project : Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jajaran Lembah Kelang-Kajang Package V3 – Kota Damansara to Taman Tun Dr. Ismail (~RM 800mil) Accountable for supervision of:

1. Road works, infra, utilities i.e water (300mm-900mm dia.), sewer (300mm-900mm dia.), telecommunication, power cable (LV-33kv), gas pipe (200mm-300mm) and storm water (1200mm) relocation works.

2. Bore piling works – Achieved zero-rejected piles. 3. Civil, structural and associated works at TTDI Station. 4. Installation of steel structures i.e launching roof truss, catwalk, link bridge etc.

Take the lead to communicate and coordinate effectively with all parties’ i.e superiors, Client, PMC, designer, architect and contractors to ensure smooth coordination of work at site.

Review construction/shop drawing, method statement, reports, material and equipment submitted by Contractor for approval. Establish and maintain proper QA/QC procedure and site records inclusive RFI’s, NCR, site diary etc. to comply with ISO’s requirement.

Took lead of the utilities relocation work for five (5) months after the disposal of previous Resident Engineer (RE) and the absence of M&E team. Reduced the incidents of the existing utilities during excavation works more than 50% from the previous rating. Achieved the milestone for the mitigation plan and handed over the area to the other team within specified period.

Lead C&S supervision team at TTDI station. Responsible to inspect more than 400 cast-in- situ RC structures and steel works for the station and entrances.

Check BQ and engineering drawings for tender and construction purpose. Carry out data analysis, project evaluation based on project physical and financial progress to monitor the project milestones.

Accountable to check and verify subcontractor’s monthly progress claim as well as preparation of interim claim to the Client. Report directly to PM, DOO, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Business Department.

Took responsibility as the acting RE during June 2008 – December 2008. Responsible to manage construction site in Beaufort, Sabah and Pulau Enoe, WP Labuan simultaneously. Scope of work covers the construction of raw water intake, 38 MLD water treatment plant

(WTP), 150mm – 1200mm pipework, all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works until completion of the works.

Coordinate, supervise and monitor Contractor’s work and progress at site.

Supervise construction works i.e surveying, earthworks, piling, civil and structural works, waterworks and M&E works to comply with the specification and schedule given.

Perform site management roles at site in terms of project coordination, human and material resources, environment, safety and health at site. Report daily progress directly to RE and Directors in HQ.

Close liaison with multilevel parties of Client (KeTTHA), authorities i.e (PDRM, JPS, JKKP, JBA), designers, contractors and suppliers pertaining to various issues of design, contractual matters, document approval and construction works at site.

Supervise quality assurance and carry out quality control (QA/QC) inspection at site especially on items like pipes, concrete and other equipment/building materials.

Familiarize and well-versed with all issues at site in order to entertain all necessary correspondence at site efficiently. Responsible to issue necessary correspondence i.e Memo/Site Instruction on behalf of RE and Company to the Contractor.

Coordinate and delegate daily duties for Inspector of Works (IOW) and compile daily site diary for record purposes.

Successfully manage documentation of all records i.e correspondences, site forms (RFI, TQ, Inspection forms), reports, drawings etc. for final documents and ISO 9001:2008. Responsible to carry out internal audit and entertain external audit by ISO’s auditor. Achieved zero-NCR result during external audit.

Evaluate progress payment by Contractor and prepare monthly interim claim.

Prepare paperwork for VO, EOT, CPC, CMGD and final measurement of the project.
