For 15 years (October 1980-March 1996)

Served the Indian Air Force in Education Branch, looking after academics & administration of Air Force Schools at various Air Force Bases.

For another 20 years (April 1996-May 2015)

Served as School Head in CBSE affiliated Public Schools in Haryana, Rajasthan, and Punjab and lastly in Sonepat (Haryana) where I served for more than 15 years, beyond my superannuation. I left the school to shift and settle my family in Indirapuram (Ghaziabad).

I have vast experience and expertise to handle school discipline and administration with ease and confidence. With exceptional communication skills, I have been conducting guidance and counseling sessions for staff, student and parents, time to time. I have tackled numerous challenges regarding staff, students and parents, creating an amiable and inspiring environment in the school.

I have written a book ‘101 Top Tips for Teachers to Excel’ which was put on Amazon.

I have been awarded ‘Best Principal Award’ by the district authorities during republic day celebrations.

I have been invited by many schools and social organizations and NGOs to deliver motivational speeches on various occasions.

I have been inspiring, motivating and counseling staff, students and parents at various occasions and inspiring them, holding question-answer sessions with them to sort out their problems, relating to stress, depression and behavioral issues with kids and teens.

In a nutshell, I am capable of taking up overall responsibilities of guiding and assisting school manager and management in controlling and supervising your school, providing every possible solutions to the day to day challenges, faced by the school management.

My last salary drawn was around 80,000 /-pm along with perks and allowances. The present salary and perks would be negotiable.
