Handles all maintenance work on machines which includes PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE, BREAKDOWN MAINTENACE AND PERIODIC INSPECTION of electrical motor, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder and motor and accessories, gears, bearing and other mechanical parts and electrical components such as sensor, relays and safety switches.

Implements standard operating procedure and practices (SOPP), standard maintenance procedures and practices (SMPP), and ensures that maintenance, policies, procedures and interest are upheld and protected at all times.

Plan and implement comprehensive maintenance work on machines to make sure that it will meet its required performances and reliability at all time which includes periodic inspection and replacement.

Responsible on daily progress report to process in-charge and department manager.

Responsible on zero accident activities and improvement plan.

Standardized machine adjustment by preparing maintenance manual, engineering drawing and parts specification and established programs and solutions in increasing up-time and machine equipment that affect production process.

Conduct skill-up training and education of new staff member which focus mainly on machine standard adjustment, control and specification.

Monitor facilities operating parameters and ensures implementation of its preventive maintenance measures and scheduled.

Initiate and implements ways on how to improve the machine performance through equipment or process modification and improvement.

Perform detailed investigation analysis on machine breakdowns and abnormalities to ensure machine reliability and efficiency and make sure that the machine will be repaired in the quickest possible time to avoid delayed and losses.

Responsible for effective maintenance and operation of facilities equipment which includes troubleshooting, overhauling, installation and testing.

Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, motor controls and sensors troubleshooting, repair and adjustment.

Monitor repeated machine problem and make necessary countermeasure to eliminate such re-occurrence that may caused time loss and production delayed.

Perform as team leader and technically assess the requirement of allocated jobs and select necessary tools and equipment to complete such maintenance work.

Responsible for the education and training of new maintenance staff to equip them the necessary skills to perform maintenance work as required and planned.

Responsible for machine spare part control to avoid stock run out which may caused machine long time stop.

SKILLS

Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Power point) and AutoCAD.

Knowledgeable in mechanical theory, controls, lubricants and field shop techniques.

With knowledge in using machine shop equipment, mechanical tools, measuring instrument, lubrication equipment and lubricants.

Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and capable of providing diagnostic approach in electrical and mechanical system.

Hands-on experienced in repairing any type of pneumatic system (cylinder, solenoid valve, actuators, etc.)

Hands-on experienced on automation, robotics pick and place, cam systems, sensors and servomotors.

Hands-on in repair and overhauling pumps (plunger, underwater pump, etc.), motors (induction, reversible, servo etc.) blowers and pneumatic cylinders.
