Sr. Plant Manager (Virginia & California): Leads a high volume continuous flow glass manufacturing facility. Plant produces and distributes over 1.2M containers daily with annual revenues at $150M.
Promoted to lead one of top high visibility operations in 2nd year with company.

Saint-Gobain Corporation: 1997 – 2011
Plant Manager: 2005 – 2011 (Kansas). Lead a plastics manufacturing facility that consisted of multiple production and distribution facilities with annual sales over $140M and over 290 personnel. Production operations include extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, and compound blending. Logistics operations consisted of multiple warehouses, including customer service.
Plant achieved global award for safety performance for 2 consecutive years. Also achieved award for top Health program in North America.
Achieved multiple year productivity increases; overcame business volume losses by implementing Lean principles and initiatives that increased efficiency.
Realigned production operations and increased capacity in a manner that saved large capital expenditures and met increased business demands.
Plant Superintendent: 2001 – 2005 (Michigan & Georgia). Lead the operations of an extrusion facility with annual sales up to $115M and over 200 personnel. Operations included PVC and composite material extrusion, as well as vacuum formed processing.
Drove turnaround of one of Group’s worst performing departments; transformed culture and established operational discipline at PVC and composite material extrusion plant.
Set record for highest monthly production volume among all similar North American plants.
Increased production 58% in 90 days by spearheading multi-million dollar expansion.
Logistics Manager: 1997- 2001 (Georgia & Iowa). Directed Logistics operations for the Southeastern U.S. distribution region for 3 separate business units and over 4,000 sku’s. Also responsible for directing the customer service operations, main customers were top retailers such as Home Depot, Wickes Lumber, and 84 Lumber.
Led plant expansion effort that was a key part of new corporate strategy to combine multiple brands into a single plant operation; exceeded all goals and efforts served as a model for future strategic plans.
Created several Logistics programs that allowed plant to maximize operational costs by effectively balancing inventory, production, and service constraints
