and territory managers. I was responsible for handling the higher level calls. I also was in
charge of setting up different payment options and pay plans, resolving billing problems and
making sure commissions to agents were paid correctly. I personally would handle between
80-100 calls daily. Prior to becoming mainly responsible for customer service calls, I was
responsible for training new hires on the different aspects of the job. I also assisted in writing
and updating our procedures manual and I received the 2000 company performance award.
