Manager, Employee Relations

Provide leadership in the administration of employee relations across the district and function in the capacity of lead investigator. Concurrently serve as the Manager of Employee Relations, Title IX and Title II Coordinator. Develop, implement and monitor compliance protocols. Coach and counsel supervisory personnel on progressive discipline, conflict resolution, terminations and performance improvement plans. Research and make recommendations regarding current human resources and employee relations best practices, performance evaluation methodologies, performance incentive programs.
