Recruit, Source, Screen, Qualify & Interview candidates for many different types of positions. I also Post all the Jobs, do Reference Checks, prepare Offer Letters/Extend Offers to candidates & also negotiate when necessary, & send Candidates all paperwork. June 1999- May 2000 Jackson Management Group, Inc. - Property / Project Assistant Manager

I assisted and handled all resident issues. Responsibilities included managing work orders, administrative, completed all paperwork and reports, collections, and posted rent. I managed all property billing, deposits, controlled all scheduling of special projects while staying within a set budget, and handled vendor relations. Managed the maintenance team, punch lists, did walk-through’s, move-ins and move-outs. Generated all property memos and announcements, decorated mini-models and kept occupancy above targets.

January 1997 – May 1999 Right Choice Staffing, LLC - Branch Operations Manager

I performed all duties in managing and operating a staffing firm. I made Sales Calls, cold calls, operations management, built and maintained client relations, generated new sales accounts, and negotiated contracts. I also did advertising for jobs, interviewed all the candidates face-to-face, made sure the candidates’ backgrounds were checked and verified, placed candidates for all job from; same day jobs, to temp-to-hire, and perm placement opportunities.
