I assisted and handled all resident issues. Responsibilities included managing work orders, administrative, completed all paperwork and reports, collections, and posted rent. I managed all property billing, deposits, controlled all scheduling of special projects while staying within a set budget, and handled vendor relations. I performed all duties in managing and operating a staffing firm. I made Sales Calls, cold calls, operations management, built and maintained client relations, generated new sales accounts, and negotiated contracts.
