With a broad range of experience with regard to Well-bore pressures and Well problems arising during the drilling phase of operations, bring with me knowledge of directional and horizontal drilling, vertical drilling with motors, CTU drilling, as Well as conventional drilling techniques. Expertise in Workover operations includes fishing of packers, milling packers, casing patching and cutting windows for, and CTU drilling of laterals with a snubbing unit, including multi-directional laterals for production enhancement, as Well as SR, PCP & ESP pump knowledge. I can provide supervision for all phases of operations from engineering and costing through project supervision, including management and budgeting. I am extremely qualified in all phases of operations with proficiency in drilling of, enhancement of, and completion of Wells to depths surpassing 32,000’ TVD.

Supervised the writing of Well prognoses’ for a two rig program, preparation AFE documents drilling programs for short/medium radius’. Preparation Drill Sites, contracting Drilling Rigs, setting up logistical support, and supervising the building of roads & locations, as well as the drilling of 4,000 - 15,000 Ft’ horizontal laterals.

Responsibilities included developing, planning, and scheduling the operations necessary in the process of drilling an exploration well in 8000 Ft of water off the coast of Sierra Leone. My duties included handling the tasks of vetting the drilling program encompassing all of the desires of our geological team. Monitoring daily drilling program development and providing technical support to the Team as needed were among my duties, which included conducting research to solve upcoming drilling problems and recommend ideas to enhance drilling performance. Responsibilities include the coordination and development of Well Strategies on an as needed basis. Note: This well was drilled 7 days and $14,000,000.00 under Dry-hole budget.

Supervised writing of Well prognoses’, preparing AFE documents, setting up logistical support, and managed supervision of drilling.

Supervision of writing of Well prognoses’ for high angle “S” curve, preparing AFE documents, preparing Drill Sites, contracting Drilling Rigs, setting up logistical support, and supervision of UB drilling above 9,000 foot elevation. Wells were drilled in two different ways depending on Section. Surface was drilled with Mud-Cap and intermediate was drilled with an Eq MW of 6.5/7 using injection sub at base of surface Casing. MW at TD was MW Eq. of 18.0 PPG; this over pressured Section is drilled UB also.

Managed start-up of a coal bed methane project in Southern Montana and Northern Wyoming. Supervised the Drilling of 200 plus Wells, completed and produced 130 Wells in initial phase. Designed and built production facilities as well as Gas Gathering System. Daily production at 12mmcf/d. Managed 25 miles of gathering and distribution lines. Worked with regulatory agencies (state, local, and federal). I had daily interaction with landowners and mineral owners, and supervised staff of 15 field and office personnel and 8 Well Site Consultants. Managed 6 drilling and under-reaming Rigs, roustabouts, and pipeline construction personnel. Negotiated all contracts for work conducted in field operations.

Manager of drilling, completion, Workover and Rig-less activities during rehabilitation of field (oil, condensate and gas production up to 700,000 BOED - H2S 4.0% and CO2 6%, frontier and hostile environment -35 C in winter and + 40 C in summer) with 3 Workover Rigs, 3 Drilling Rigs, 4 Slick-line Units, 2 Coiled Tubing Units (pre-wash/stimulation, clean-out, fishing, etc.) and 3 Pumping Units for killing jobs (pre-Workover, safety, etc.). Managed all drilling, completion and production of Codell, Niobrara, Sussex, Shannon, D-sand and J-sand Wells. Supervised all drilling personnel, cementing, completion and production of Wells. Drilled a total of 900 Wells during 5 years. Designed and implemented drilling, completion and production of Wells employing Slim-hole Technology. Fracturing, cased-hole logging, perforating, coil tubing clean-outs as well as remedial cement work (annular squeezes), fishing, and production with siphon strings (coil tubing and small diameter tubing). As Field Operations Manager, was responsible for 45 staff members (office, land, pumpers and roustabouts) and 10 Well Site Consultants. Worked with local and state regulators as well as landowners. Designed and put into practice of using coil tubing for annular cement squeeze work to a depth of 7000’.
