Implemented a monthly Safety Audit program which all employees are involved. They keep their area safe. I also train all employees and the safety committee about OSHA regulations. Document safety injuries with the OSHA 300 Form and calculate the incident rate. Write all accident reports and acknowledge root cause and develop corrective action in a prompt manner. Keep close communications with our clinic about injured employees and report lost time occurrences with our company corporate executive.

Responsible for profit and loss manufacturing process. Coordinated lean concepts to streamline production from "batch" processes.
