Traffic Supervisor

Responsible for Producing, reconciling, and posting the daily commercial programming log. Management of Department Importing, order entry and revisions to orders scheduling and finalize commercial copy and merging between the Marketron and Wide Orbit systems. Maintaining and distributing daily logs and traffic reports, sales activity, and pacing to appropriate managers in a multi-station environment. Working closely with the sales team and management to ensure effective communication.

Commercial Billing Operator

Responsible for all facets of medical billing and accounts receivable management including charge entry, payment posting, customer service and follow-up in accordance with practice protocol with an emphasis on maximizing patient satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for reviewing the patient demographic information at the time of charge entry to ensure accuracy and to provide feedback to the other front office staff regarding patient registration. Responsible for reviewing the physician’s coding at the time of charge entry to ensure accuracy, timely payments, and to maximize revenue. Responsible for submitting insurance claims both electronically once per day and on paper semi-weekly.

Responsible for collecting payments from insurance companies and patients to ensure effective cash receipts and profitability. Research and take actions necessary to resolve all claims. Ability to post payments.

Responsible for up to 30 staff members at restaurant with a combined capacity of 180. Have assisted in performing monthly inventories of supplies and equipment, also responsible at times for scheduling up to 30 staff members.
