Responsibilities include: performing concurrent review with public & private payers to ensure insurance coverage; facilitate daily interdisciplinary clinical staff meetings; apply InterQual criteria to ensure effective admission recommendations, continued stay monitoring & timely discharge planning; liaise between medical & behavioral health systems for multi-morbid members; chair of ethics committee.
