Accomplishments

•Co-created and co-managed the development of a Human Resources Department after a merger of two (2) nonprofit organizations consisting of fifty-five (55) onsite and offsite employees with a combined budget over $65 million.

•Managed an audit and performed a complete overhaul of a Human Resources Department’s filing system and document retention processing of open and closed files containing over three hundred (300) personnel and vendor files.

•Initiated, researched and drafted original and revised employee handbooks and administrative and management policy guideline manuals for five (5) companies/agencies/organizations.

•Co-facilitated and collaborated with leadership and executive management to implement a successful three to five (3-5) year strategic plan after a multimillion dollar merger of two (2) quasi-government nonprofit organizations.

•Served as principal organizer for multiple agencies in employment structure reorganization projects, compensation survey studies and job description census collection and redesign ventures.

•Co-implemented a new electronic payroll system for an over six (6) million dollar workforce budget for over seventy-five (75) onsite and offsite employees, contractors and temporary staff. Lead the design for human resource, ACA reporting, recruiting, onboarding, staff training, performance and benefit management tools in the system.

•Chosen from a pool of over ninety-five (95) employees to perform duties as a Subject Matter Expert for the 2010 Census.

•Collaborated on a confidential project for the Bureau of Census for the 2010 Census that resulted in the processing of over fifty-eight (58) million date forms with an accuracy rate higher than the ninety-eight percent (98%) accuracy level required by the federal government service contract agreement.

•Chosen from a staff of over twenty-five (25) state agency employees to serve as lead on a project for the creation and organization of a new filing system of containing over 10,000 archived wills submitted by Baltimore County citizens - some dating prior to 1920. To date, this filing system is still in use.

•Designed and executed an office project to organize and update all outdated human resource documentation, job descriptions, professional licensures and certifications, as well as the re-training of all staff on compliance standards.
