Sr. QA Analyst. Set up test lab of 6 machines plus remote login to enable testing of 18 OS-browser combinations including Windows and Linux. Served as Senior Analyst during last year of a 5-year EPA agreement. Manually tested new Occupational Health Information Management System (OHIMS) and established data-entry benchmark. Served on helpdesk for clinical case management software. Tested software installation and shipped 70 new computers to clinical case workers. Modified existing Access database to meet changing needs of Smoking Cessation Program, including adding inventory and tracking shipments functions. Used VBA to script chart/report generation in an Excel spreadsheet. Also scripted data import into the worksheet from an external data source.
