Designed, and improved product ideas (torque wrench and ratchets).

In close coordination with marketing, partners, and vendors moved the line of drill bits from Stanley to Black and Decker (cost reduction associated with transfer of products lines resulted up to 50 million dollars).

Performed research and completely redesigned a group of high volume products (impact power sockets), resulting in elimination of stress-endurance problem which previously caused about 4.5 million dollars per year on warranty returns.

Performed sampling and testing, engineering support, document control, and management of several products lines of different brands (Mac, Proto, Challenger, Husky, Blackhawk, Craftsman, etc.): torque wrenches, impact sockets, pliers, chisels, drill bits, etc., for domestic US and international markets. .
