Rowan Drilling Inc, Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Louisiana and Texas coast as O.I.M. which involves drilling, work over and well completing operations with various Operators. 12/19/1984 – 6/14/2003 Rowan Drilling Inc, North Sea in the English Sector, Dutch Sector, Irish Sea and Liverpool Bay area, drill deviated wells, H2S environment, drill with oil base mud, plug and well abandon operations. The O.I.M. was solely responsible for the rig and well activities. The O.I.M. and Company Representative worked jointly to maintain a safe working environment while evaluating the risks or hazards of each job and to verify governmental regulations were always adhered to. Residence in England for three (3) years as Rig Manager responsible to move MODU to open locations and on platform’s, verify variable load, communicate and position rig move boats. Wholly responsible for day- to-day operations, including rig supervision, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, customer service, contract negotiations, implementing company policies, working with and amending governmental regulations, interview personnel for company employment, assist writing the Safety Case for six (6) jack up MODU’s in the North Sea.
