Accountabilities

Execution of shutdown activities. Includes scheduling the shutdown works, deploying manpower, machinery & materials required, communicating with clients.

Coordinate and interface with client construction engineer to ensure the work front availability in the sites and completing the shutdown works in time.

Conduct walk through along with client construction engineer and clear the hydro test pack and ensure timely hand over of systems/ subsystems to commissioning team and provide assistance as required.

Continually maintained a professional and courteous relationship with the client and ensured their requirements are met.

Major Roles and Responsibilities

To monitor the construction process from all aspects to ensure performance meets the requirements in accordance

with company procedures and international standards.

To monitor and supervise the well head piping in accordance with the company procedures and international standards.

To monitor and supervise the Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD).

Monitoring Fit-up, welding process, material storage.

Finishing works such as blasting & painting.

Supervises the coating work of pipelines.

Supervision in Hydro testing of piping and pipelines.

Preparing the Bill Of Materials (BOM).

Check for correctness and completeness of the materials.

Handling international design codes & ASME standards.

Review fabricated, erected or installed lines as per latest isometric drawing for construction.

Documentation, inspecting the fabrication and installation of pipelines.

Perform line-check, hydro testing (Strength Test And Leak Test) and pre-commissioning.

Attending meetings with Clients, Consultants and Sub-contractors.

Monitoring the routing of piping and preparing as built drawing.

Preparation, checking and review of as-built drawings and getting approved.

Preparation of WPR and DPR on daily basis.

Offering for final inspection of client.

Progress monitoring & preparation of progress reports.

Estimation of total quantity of work executed in the project for preparing monthly progress invoice.

Prepare the detailed schedules for the project.
