Oversee the repair of Flight Control products sent to Honeywell-Renton Service Center. Manage work load and prioritization for technicians within the Flight Controls team and direct the work flow of other technicians on the team, and is responsible for the work flow of the Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)

Worked Red Label Program for the Flight Control Computer (FCC) for the 737NG aircraft. Interface between Honeywell, Boeing, and Southwest Airlines Engineering

Trains current and new technicians in the repair and maintenance of Honeywell Avionics equipment, and also provides training for Level 3 repairs of units

Travels to other Honeywell sites to support transitions and other initiatives as requested.

Customer technical support focal for UPS, Delta and Southwest; answers and resolves questions while interfacing with the airline engineers to resolve OEM issues
