Spearheaded the development of Medicare Supplement claims functionality and managed all aspects of the platform for this insurance industry ASP. Researched and defined requirements for eligibility processing, CMS interfaces, provider handling, plan coverages, claims processing, and benefit calculations. Developed Visio work flow diagrams for the complete claims process from registration through adjudication and payment, as well as to detail the logic flow for benefit calculations.
