Instituted the business development of a revolutionary clinic that comprised of Medical Doctors, Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Medicine. Company closed due to political turmoil. § Generated new revenue stream by crafting lateral thinking strategies; captured over $6.5M in revenue by introducing ‘decompression therapy’ and its protocols.

§ Developed a multi-disciplinary clinic and lead a team of 10 with little experience. The strategy led to over 120 patients visit per week within the first 7 months.

§ Turnaround revenue increase from $50K to $7M within 5 years. Devised a Wellbeing iOS App, the first motivational feedback application for iOS, allowing users to monitor pain, wellbeing, and motivation. Was featured in positive psychology keynote lecture in California but failed to gain traction and was closed in 2012.
