Project 1: Pimpalgaon – Nashik – Gonde Road Project

Total Length of the Project – 60 Kms; Total Project Cost – INR 1691 Cr

Review of design and drawings for 5.1 km long elevated corridor (1 no.), major bridges (2 nos.), minor bridges (3nos.) and vehicular underpass (6 nos.)

Carried out condition survey for 5.1 km long elevated corridor prior to handing over to client with all design calculations and suggested suitable repair and rehabilitation scheme for distressed areas.

Review of structures-BoQ for project reconciliation.

Technical assistance pertaining to structural works were provided for arbitration with client.

Project 2: Sangareddy – MH/KNT Border Road Project

Total Length of the Project – 144.20 Kms; Total Project Cost – INR 1272 Cr

Designed optimized RCC rectangular box drain for varying cross sections (6 different sections from 0.9m height to 2.5m height)

Designed isolated footings for rest area buildings of the project.

Review of design and drawings for major bridges (3 nos.), minor bridges (47 nos.), grade separated structures (21 nos.), culverts (220 nos. +), ROB (1 no.), rest areas, toll plaza buildings (2 nos.)

Design coordination with EPC contractor and EPC design consultants for timely submission of all designs and drawings.

Suggested value engineering proposals such as integral (portal frame type) structures for grade separated structures and minor bridges.

Suggested appropriate repair and rehabilitation scheme for the distressed structures based on their condition survey.

Lead technical discussions with clients to get necessary approvals for submitted designs and drawings.

Project 3: Krishnagiri – Walajahpet Road Project

Total Length of the Project – 148.30 Kms; Total Project Cost – INR 1370 Cr

Provided detailed design and drawings of RCC flared wall in place of conventional PCC head wall for pipe culverts.

Review of design and drawings for major bridges (2 nos.), grade separated structures (15 nos.), MSE wall structures, bus shelters, rest area buildings, toll plaza buildings.

Suggested value engineering proposals in order to achieve savings in terms of cost & time.

Design coordination with EPC contractor and EPC design consultants for timely submissions of all designs and drawings of highway bridges, toll plaza’s, rest area buildings.

Review of structures-BoQ for project reconciliation.
