I have become certified in different companies and been upgrade to welding foreman. As a supervisor, I have

maintain a trustworthy relation with the boss, owner and with the men that were under my leadership. I also

learn that it is more that just getting the guys to do a job, but making sure that it is done in the guidelines of

safety protocol.
