Responsible for pre-construction coordination, scheduling, archeology exploration, and
planning to transform an existing hospital, to include ground-up commercial buildings,
into a $40M hotel resort in Santa Fe, Nm.
Project Superintendent for planning, mobilization, scheduling, and budget for a $30
mil historic renovation, addition and remodel of a hotel in Wichita, Ks.
Developed, coordinated, scheduled, and budgeted all aspects of the historic remodel of
the Aztec Theater in San Antonio, Tx. Responsible for all field engineering of this $10M
remodel/restoration.
2002 – May 08 Senior Project Superintendent
Cherokee Construction Consultants, Warrensburg, Mo.
Responsible for six Superintendents, coordinating with all PM’s and Estimators, and
means & methods of construction for commercial projects ranging from 50K to 10M.
Coordinate project prequalification, bonding, bidding, and subcontracts.
Developed and implemented a safety program and all training. Zero injuries in six
year tenure. Conducted all monthly safety meetings.
Developed and implemented a quality control program to include re-training of
employees, advanced training for Superintendents, and proper job inspection procedures
and checklists.
All projects completed on time and within budget to include:
- Ft. Leonard Wood Counter Terrorism Bomb Dog Training Village, Mo.
- Whiteman AFB new housing complex, Mo.

Coordinated all scheduling, subcontractors, and constructed all footings, structural steel,
and precast wall panels for a 197,000 sq.ft. Whiting Crane building in Monee, Il.
Constructed a $40M, 40-acre office park in Lenexa, Ks. Responsible for building city
streets, MoDoT Con-Span bridge, city storm sewer, all underground utilities, additional
building pads, 3 mile jog path, and six recirculation ponds with waterfalls.
Responsible for the construction of a 4 story, steel and precast, George Butler &
Associates headquarters in Lenexa, Ks. Included an 18,000 sq.ft. build-out and tenant
Finish for GBA and 10,000 sq.ft. tenant finish for Catholic Charities.
