Objective:

Seeking a position in a building establishment where I'm able to use my work experiences to the fullness. I have a excellent communication skills, good typing skills and computer literate. I have a good deal of experience in assembly of cabinets, and all phases of construction areas including plumbing and sewage drain, painting and plaster works, basic electrical appliance repair and trouble shooting, heating, boiler maintenance, and knowledge of cooling towers operation and maintenance. Able to read and interpret blue print when I was working for a general contractor. Have also some hand tools needed to complete the job at hand.

I have a knowledge also in Building Link program that I can be a reliever to other employees as needed. Before coming here in United States I worked for Toyota Philippines as a car maintenance adviser and trouble shooter, including collision repair. Estimate for insurance company and so forth.
