JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure the proper and on-time implementation of the Field Quality plans and programs to my territory.

Conducting regular checking of Field Quality standards/ protocols implemented in F1 hybrid corn seed production.

Ensuring proper documentations of any non-conformances on Field Quality standards and protocols.

On-time submission of Field Quality reports (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly) to Field Quality Coordinator.

Equipping every Field Quality personnel with the proper knowledge and skills in the implementation of FQ protocols and standards in the production field operation.

Trained the concern growers with proper knowledge in FQ protocols and standards.

Coordinate with the Production personnel for possible Quality problem/issue in the field.

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS

Survived the production season by maintaining 100% GF passed the purity test, and was able to managed an area of 84.18 has (2011DS-2012) without having a Supervisor and 86.82 has (2012DS-2013) corn field, one of the largest area that a Field Quality Inspector has handled during the said production seasons.

Supervised a total of 542.21 has for 2013DS-2014 and 270.40 has (2014DS-25) with no quality issues and have 100% passed the purity test both in EPT and SNP.

Three among my Five Field Inspectors are awarded as an Outstanding Field Quality inspector last 2013DS-14 production

Most Outstanding Field Quality inspector for 2 consecutive years (2013DS-14 and 2014DS-15) is within my team.

Awarded as Most Outstanding Field Quality Supervisor for 2014DS-15 production at Subic Grand Hotel, Subic Zambales last September 11,2015
