I have done M.Sc In Microbiology & ISO 22000:2005 FSMS Lead auditor Six sigma Green belt & Diploma in Food safety & Total Quality Management.

I have working knowledge of Both, Microbiology and QMS of food, Parma &health care products,,Validation, as per food safety requirement .

Microbiological testing of finish good, Raw material, Process water, and swab sampling of product contact surface, personal hygiene .OOS analysis. MLT Test, product sterility test. Canning product testing.

Chemical analysis of product ASH, Moisture, AIA, Titration acidity, protein, Product traceability.

Microbilogical testing of process water and drinking water.

Swab sampling of process and personal hygiene.

Pathogenic microbial test of product, salmonella sp., S.aureus, pseudomonas, segella, yeast and mold,vibro chollerae, anaerobic pathogen isolation.

Process sanitization and cleaning maintain, equipment cleaning insepection.

Plant pest control and plant effluent treatment water analysis.

Foreign body incident in food product analysis and respective CAPA suggestion. Root cause analysis of product failure.SOP Amendments as per food safety requirements by company MR, audit, Quality management system handling, Pest control management, process equipment and lab maintenance and verification and validation regarding FSSAI requirement as well as weekly audit. Preparation of Minute of Review for QMS and Food safety 6monthly. HACCP Verification and validation.
