Job Responsibilities:
Propagate and manage brewing yeast, ensuring that the yeast is of suitable viability for the fermentation process to occur.
Check water rinses for any bacterial contamination and monitor the cleaning of vessels.
Check the sterility of beer in final package and ensure that pasteurization levels are adhered too.
Check temperatures and quality of samples.
Maintain detail records of raw materials, quality checks and production stage timings.
Plan, control and schedule resources and staff in order to meet the objectives.

Project name: Studies on antimicrobial and cellulase activities of protoplast regenerated hyperproducer strain of Streptomyces amritsarensis.
