Maintenance engineer

The job involved troubleshooting various technical problems and timely maintenance of TETRA PAK machines used for large scale production of FMCG products that included various types of fruit juices, ice creams and then filling them in packets and packing them using TETRA PAK machines( TETRA Filler, Straw applicator and Cardboard packer ). Experience in maintenance of different mechanical and machine configurations, process control equipments, electrical and electronics, fluid control, chemicals and flow control equipments. Worked with various electrical and electronic devices including sensors, transformers, temperature control devices, inverters, battery, LED’s and other high voltage equipment and devices of SIEMENS, GE, ALLEN BRADLEY, HONEYWELL and similiar manufacturers. The work was under the supervision of senior engineer and engineering head was the engineering manager. Replacement of spare parts from separate inventory and spare part store for Tetra Pak machine parts.

Project 1: Intelligent Braking System

DESCRIPTION:This project was done to install IBS or intelligent braking system in automobiles. This makes use of a IR sensor, solenoid and other valves. This is mainly to stop the vehicle at a safe distance from a vehicle in the front to avoid danger. Demo shows that when we bring our hand in front of the sensor, it stops the wheel. The wheel is run by using a motor.

Project 2: Automatic Hydraulic Hoist for Four wheelers

DESCRIPTION:This project is mainly to highlight the importance of an automatic hydraulic hoist to help us in lifting an automobile automatically without the manual use.
