The position serves as a key player on warehouse operations. Forklift operator/warehouseman is responsible for overall warehouse activities specifically timely picking/preparation of customer’s orders for dispatching to 3rd party truckers and walk in customers including prompt receipt of all incoming shipments. This position may required to operates machines or equipment complimentary to facilities and warehouse set-up in order to perform assigned job like forklift truck, lift truck and push cart.
Responsibilities in performing all warehousing activities such as:
Receiving of all incoming stocks (Bulk and returns).
-Checking of stocks (Incoming deliveries/returns) for inventory control purposes. Reference documents pertaining to checked stocks should indicate necessary data required by end user – Sales admin/Import admin. This process is inclusive of checking the physical condition of the stock as a determinant for appropriate action.
Stock piling (storage): Storage of Bulk and Break Bulk Stock.
-Provide location for bulk incoming stocks based on storage requirement.
-Pile stocks properly for storage at designated location.
-Monitor FIFO (First in First out) for stocks issued to customers’ orders.
Picking of ordered stock per document.
-Pick ordered stocks based on official issue documents (Delivery Receipt).
-Issuance should match with the stated information or data.
Checking of stocks issued.
-Check and indicate tick mark on issued stocks to confirm accuracy and indicate content per case/document, or customer.
Packing of issued stocks.
Check out stocks for delivery.
Records control.
Filling out of Delivery Receipt.
Assist in Physical Inventory of stocks during scheduled date of count.
Responsible in proper handling of stocks or materials.
Performs other job related duties assigned by the warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Manager

-Customers
-Truckers
-Sales administrator
-3rd party contractors
Number of Customers serve daily – 40 Customers per day
Functions may vary depending on the operational requirements, nature of assignments, volume of transaction and warehouse set-up.
