ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accountable for managing all the records of Time Office Function Attendance, Salary, & OT System which were used in HR.

Operator biometric attendance system All over company.

Savior software & hardware handling in all over plant, had office from implement to till date.

Daily Manpower Arrangement.

Managing daily attendance reports.

Coordination between the other department’s for various manpower requirements and providing manpower timely.

Verifying all Manpower Attendances bill of Contractor’s.

Participating in ESIC Handling.

Participating in pay roll software handling, power Builder 6.0

Direct reporting to General Manager Plant.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

MBA Completed in HR and Marketing from DAVV University Indoor at Swami Vivekanand College Of Engineering in 2013 with 59.88%

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

BCA. Passed From Makhanlal university Of Journalism and communication Bhopal in 2010 with 70.38%

12th Passed From M.P. Board in ART with 57.55%

10th Passed from M.P. Board in 2005 with 41.8%
