Managed development of new/existing vehicle product for case assemblies thru customer and HQ design team : HVAC modules & Blower modules, Injection molding parts-Wheel guards, Cowl top Ass’y(dual shot injection molding), etc. Supporting exist vehicle and/or ownership for new programs: LFA(Sonata), JFA/QF (Optima), AN (Santa Fe), UMA (Sorento). Design and process studies for proper cost and technical assessments for all new and carry over programs. Organized and established the CFT for each new product as well as PPAP and ISIR activities. Supported and technical review D-FMEA with design team for mass productivity. Ensured compliance with APQP process and requirements from prototype to pilot phase. Lead new program production line set up to ensure advanced quality with CFT.
