PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
●Manage 2 classroom daycare center, Triumph Baptist Church Daycare, students ages 18 months to 5 years old. Responsible for retention of students, implementation of lesson plans, as well as supervision of daycare staff; supervision included training and development of staff
●Accountable for the creation, organization, and implementation of Triumph Summer Camp and all camp activities. Triumph Summer Camp served students 5 to 12 years old and employed high school students ages 14 to 18 years old.
●Responsible for all administrative and supervisory duties of Triumph Baptist Daycare Center and maintained a budget up to $70,000. Budgetary duties included payroll, taxes, and creating new revenue streams
●Excelled in assisting teachers in maintaining early child hood teaching certification, as while as focusing classroom lessons around multi-cultural instruction
●Accountable for all reports and documents for funding by YMCA officials, city and state agencies, and food programs sponsored by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
