Objective

Seeking a lasting position in a company that brings out my existing work ethic, gives me the opportunity to gain further knowledge and add to the skills I possess. I’m a very motivated individual, can adapt to new surroundings, work independently and can process new information quickly. Vaco at Google Feb. 15' – Present

Content Reviewer

As a Vaco employee I worked for Google as a Movie/TV Ops Content Review Coordinator. I was responsible for reviewing a significant amount of movie/TV titles and tagging them in the correct genre, age bucketing and merchandise tags for Google Play's "Family Friendly" section. This position required me to pay great attention to detail and meet project deadlines. Other projects I have worked on included Functional Error Attributes Cleanup, Reconciliation cases, and Starz missing ratings for partner operations.

June 1st 2015 – Partner Operation Coordinator

Working closely with Partner Operation Managers as a liaison to 20+ Asian Pacific and North American film partners including Starz, eOne Studios, The Orchard, Go Digital, etc. to on-board their content to the Google Play Store Front.

Responding to all studios inquires within 24 hours or less.

Ensuring that questions from studios regarding policy, EMA avail movie standards, and appropriate content are answered with accuracy and in a timely manner.

Ensuring that movie avails are processed on time and all film information has been entered in to the system.

Audit metadata that has been added, removed and/or updated in the system.

Solving ingestions issues provided my Operations Manager by reaching out to studios.

Ingesting captions/subtitles and associating metadata to films via XML and Aspera.

Filing feature request and bugs.

Creating documentation for new hires coming on the North American film team.

Backfilling EIDR (Entertainment Identifier Registry), which is a global unique identifier for movie and TV assets.

Helping major studios such as Sony, Disney and Fox with recon cases.

Staff Writer at San Jose State University.

Providing faculty, staff and students with the latest technology, breaking news and events happening on and around campus. I came up with/took stories, set up interviews, took photos as well as had my own opinion column. I also wrote music, movie and theater reviews for A&E.

Group Exercise Intern July 13’- Dec. 13

Assisting instructors at the YMCA in classes (tumbling, gymnastics, tap dance, ballet and musical theater) for children.

Provided parents with information on new and upcoming classes as well as changes that would be taking place.

Helped coordinate, promote and work events held for the children at the YMCA, which included movie nights, fall festival and kids club night.

Sat down with instructors to come up with ways to improve classes and bring in more children.
