The Data Center team has multiple routine activities including report generation, file transfer, job check/start, data validation, email notification, file encryption/decryption, monitoring, MS Access execution and other activities were performed by Data Centre Operations team on a daily basis. RBC planned to eliminate manual intervention by automating the process. This will benefit bank in terms of execution time, lower operational cost, less errors and more streamline process.
